

Social Technology that integrates training in entrepreneurship, financial education and emotional intelligence for young people and adults, so that they can undertake individually or create companies in their own communities.
Current Status
The Business Workshop (ON) serves as a foundation for several other TS's and aims to collaborate with the individual's entrepreneurial potential and provide all the necessary technical tools for consolidating a business idea. In the last year, we had the participation of 93 students, we facilitated the opening of 3 CNPJs, and we have 6 business ideas in the incubation/testing phase, in addition to 15 business ideas with growth potential.




















Historic
ON began to be developed in 2021 based on the systematization of learning acquired in the previous two years with the application of the entrepreneurial methodology of the “Pense Grande” program, from Fundação Telefônica Vivo, and the financial education games “Bons Negócios” and “Piquenique”, from Bank of America.
By the end of 2021, ON had already created the first edition of the reapplication booklet, two pedagogical financial education games (“Quiz da Feira” and “Troca de Gastos”) and trained 6 reapplicators of the methodology. In 2022, Oficina de Negócios consolidated its methodology and started reapplication classes in three other villages in Santa Luzia do Itanhy, incorporating the experience into the second edition of the reapplication booklet and developing a new pedagogical game, "Game On". Still in 2022, Oficina de Negócios was involved in a new challenge: integrating its methodology with that of CLOC, aiming to form a new Social Technology, called Ed-mundo. This was the first step towards expanding the frontiers of these Social Technologies beyond Sergipe, developing integrated programming, robotics and entrepreneurship workshops in Fortaleza (CE) and Juazeiro (BA). In 2023, Phase 2 of the *Oficina de Negócios* (Business Workshop) began, focusing on personalized support for individuals with well-developed business ideas. The program covered essential topics such as pricing, sales strategies, business organization, catalog creation, and business registration (CNPJ). The initiative was widely recognized by the community as a reference in entrepreneurship, leading to increased demand among participants. During the training sessions, three CNPJs were registered, and fifteen business ideas with strong growth potential were developed. In 2024, the *Oficina de Negócios* (ON) was implemented again for 93 new students. It tested and validated a methodology aimed at business incubation and collaboratively developed educational materials focused on entrepreneurial education, emphasizing Financial Education and Emotional Intelligence, using gamification as a teaching tool. In this context, four new games were created, with special mention to *Caminhos do Quilombo* (Paths of the Quilombo), a collaborative project involving ON facilitators and two teachers from the municipal school system of Santa Luzia do Itanhy/SE. This initiative also promoted collective work with educators from the local school network, addressing the subject “Life Project,” thus contributing to the holistic development and essential skill-building of young people in the community. Finally, an incubation process was put into practice, aiming to provide continuous support for businesses until they are ready for the market.
